Fiji certainly is not one of the epicenter’s that spring to mind when you talk with Edamameme enthusiasts. Nor is Nautilus Restaurant & Bar within the Radisson on Denarau Island, and quite frankly for good reason. Overall it was a pretty average performance by the Fijians on this one. Presentation had that understated Fijian charm though when you are sitting beach side after a solid session in the pool bar so does anything. Sadly salt, juiciness, hairiness and sweetness all failed to show up to the party- I would have needed another litre of Kava to suitable numb my senses to elevate this score into the double digits.
