On second tasting, the edamame offering at Sake in The Rocks has come tumbling back to the pack. While presentation and salt remain strengths, there were a few undoings. Coloration was inconsistent. Baldness is never ideal. And lack of juiciness reflected the waiter’s lack of interest in this site.
